"On June 12th I dropped off my Polaris RZR for broken wheel studs and spoke with Mr. Tutas, your service writer. I was amazed at how much he knew about different Polaris vehicles and about parts on hand. He informed me of the difficulty of repair and that if the damage had been done to the hub and how much longer it would take to repair and cost associated. Again I was amazed at his knowledge, appearance and the positive tone of his voice, I knew I had found a true service person that knew his task and the vehicle. I have worked with young men most of my life, I served in Vietnam two years earning nine awards for valor. And am retired from Raytheon as a senior engineer for twenty one years and had multiple skilled men supporting me. I know something about young men and when they are capable or just talking, with Tutas he is the man, he knows his job and presents himself and your company well. He is a performer with confidence and ability. I picked up the vehicle on time and repaired as Tutas had promised. Please pass my appreciation to him for a speedy repair and favorable experience, I am a satisfied customer and I will be back."

"Thank you so much for all the hard work you guys put into selling me my bike. I was just looking around waiting for a friend to get their bike from the service department (it was done early too!) and you didn't pressure me, or anything. You answered all of my questions and when the time came I went back and got the best bike in the store for a great price. You walked me through the entire process and even got me some great gear (gotta wear the helmet!!!). Thanks for taking care of me and my friends, we will all be back soon!"

"This was my experience with the Service Department,which was more than positive. I brought my bike in for a new wheel,tires,chrome pieces, that I had ordered on my own. Tim Jablonski is my service advisor and he,along with everyone in the service department went beyond the norm to help me out. Just as a side note; the shop itself was spotless indicating pride in work. I ordered the wrong size rear tire which created a bit of a problem since there were none in the area. Tim made calls, found one in CA. We went back and forth on how to proceed since the new wheel and front tire were on the bike. I talked with the tech along with other service advisors, all trying to get the bike finished and on the road. The result was- a tire is coming from CA. The service manager was kind enough to take my wrong size tire in trade, rather than me having to send it back--which would have been costly. The whole mix up was my fault but they kept apologizing. I left the bike and will pick it up next week. There is no doubt in my mind it will be clean, polished and perfect. I have dealt with numerous dealerships the past 17 years and this is at the top on my list. I put very high value in customer service and cleanliness of the shop. MY GIRL will definitely go back there for her check-ups and any other additions I can't live without. Check them out...they service all brands, mine just happens to be a Yamaha Roadliner. Linda"
